Three new build private homes in Birmingham.
No job too small. Flat roofing works to several small Dorma and lantern roofs approx. 80sqm.
Roof Construction
Timber decking by others, Sarnavap 500E, Sarnatherm tissue faced tapered insulation mechanically fixed to the deck. Sika Sarnafil G410-15EL Membrane fully adhered to the insulation. Membrane dressed onto lay board before finishing slate to pitched roof. Sarnametal Drip detail on three sides.
Challenges
The only issue was sequencing. It was a huge challenge to manage the scaffold requirement for our works without interrupting the works to the pitched roofing works.
Conclusion
The client was happy with the works and it was completed with zero amendments.
