No job too small. Flat roofing works to small extension approx. 35sqm.
Roof Construction
Timber decking by others, Sarnavap 500E, Sarnatherm foil faced insulation mechanically fixed to the deck. Sika Sarnafil S327-15EL Membrane mechanically fixed. Sarnametal Drip detail on three sides to parapet.
Challenges
No issues, in and out in 1.5 days.
Conclusion
The client was happy with the works and it was completed with zero amendments.
