We can formally announce that Shield Roofing will be working with construction giants Graham Group Ltd on the above project.
Once complete, the project will provide Buy to Rent living accommodation and several ground floor retail units over the 138,000 sq.ft development.
Shield Roofing will provide 6,000sqm of Sika Promelt waterproofing and associated roof finishes.
Expecting to start works early 2023.
